Don't Hate on the Potentate.
-Flat shaded
-Vibrant colors
-Harmonious color palette
-No glows or lens flare
-Good reading
Could be improved:
-Sky is somewhat lazy, the clouds aren't rendered at all
-Background elements could have different shades and maybe some cast shadow.
